😄 A loss of 200g per day is 1.4 kg per week. It’s not an insignificant loss, it’s a substantial amount of weight loss. And a sustainable rate of loss.

This is true but yesterday was my last day for the week of the 500 cal fast. Now I need to increase cals back up to keep my body guessing! I certainly dont want it to think that 500 - 900 cals is the new norm. I had a 1300 cal day today and am feeling very content indeed!
