All foods are energy foods. If you want an instant stimulation try 1/2 teaspoon of honey with juice of half a lemon and a teaspoon of ginger- blend it with a whole apple if that’s possible then go for a 10-15 minute walk. Energy to burn! 💥

Fatty fish like salmon and tuna are good sources of protein, fatty acids, and B vitamins, making them great foods to include in your diet. Brown rice. Brown rice is a very nutritious food.
