Thanks, I'm very happy too. After a long plato period and almost giving up I'm trying a new approach.

Cut out everything with added sugar, wheat, white rice and potatoes. Also limiting sweet fruit and fats. And drinking more water than ever before.

That’s a great plan! I have done similar, but with an emphasis on increasing protein intake significantly and gradually rebuilding my strength and fitness, developing some muscle to replace the floppy poor excuses for muscle that I had.
