Ok so no weight loss from shakes .... so back to the drawing board.
I have now joined the CSIRO 12week diet which isn’t really a diet just a different way to
eat balanced meals
Over a course of 12 weeks. Weighing and measuring to be done and photos. Very excited !
95,6 kg Perso fino ad ora: 1,4 kg.    Rimanenti: 10,6 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.

I was looking at doing this as well, I am struggling with shakes for breakfast as I love food too much so CSIRO food looks delicious and easy to make. Good luck with your journey too.
