Hey, Chad. You're doing GREAT with the weight-loss and the workouts. Nice work! Man, I wish I could find a workout buddy in my area. I've been doing something similar to what it seems like you're doing. About a half hour of cardio and then weights, but without a spotter, you just don't get it the way you should. Anyway, glad it is all working out for you! Keep it up.

Having a partner definitely helps. If I start to fail, he grabs on and tells me to give him 3 more reps, strict form strict form! Haha

So true. Wish they had a craig's list type thing looking for a local workout buddy that doesn't come off creepy. Hah! Take care.
