Still hanging. This week not so bad. Got my workouts in, did not stray off too far from the portion controlling, but still gotta work on the snacking. I really need to get some meaningful cardio in but I just can not seem to get in the frame of mind for walking. NOW if I had a treadmill or an elliptical machine…. hmmmm
