I hate seeing this number go up! Im feeling pretty bloated today so Im sure itll go back down tomorrow, its just irritating.

I got a lot done yesterday (cleaning, laundry, dishes, prepping, and precooking) but it snowed all day so I didnt venture outside. The snow I could handle but I hate the wind and it was pretty windy too.

Today I will hit the gym either virtually or in person. Ill check the weather and see if I can take the dogs out for a quick walk, and I might squeeze in a small yoga session.
