we are starting our biggest loser at work on tuesday. so right now it is about cutting down on portion sizes and eating healthier. excercising is a little tough but i start physcial therapy for my foot next week...so that will help me head in the right direction. i probably won't win, but i am going to work hard at developing a healthier lifestyle. one that includes, exercise and healthy food... walking daily, eating fruits and vegies for snacks and stuff. paying attention. taking care and meditating. being a little more present. i want to keep things at work to snack on and eat so i have choices when i am there. and i won't splurge on junk food. and when i have 15 minutes head outside for a little walk. i can do this....no sweat...or lots of sweat. and a half marathon in june.
