Yesterday I walked , documented and measured my red wine🍷! I actually left Ciabatta and lasagna on my plate and I’ll have the remainder tonight. I really wanted wine with my lasagna, so I watched carefully what I ate yesterday and I can’t believe I didn’t clean the plate! BREAK THROUGH‼️
