Hi everyone, Well I am on day 7 of phase 1. I couldn't help myself I had to step on the scale. I lost 11 pounds & I still have 2 day left on phase 1. I can't believe it. I hop can can lose a couple more b the end of phase 1. I lost a total o 7 1/4 inches off my body so far. 1 1/2 inches off my waist in one week. I will talk to you y'all later. Just had to share. I was so excited.
