Experienced a snapped tendon I think last night. A physical "pop" causing me to think my collar bone had sustained some sort of injury ended up actually being a connector between it and my neck. So, today I refrain from my routine for healing. Sucks too....especially since my weight just got back into "the green". But, oh well. Best to be safe than sore.
