I'm keeping a weekly record of weightloss, but I can't really take credit for much of the loss. While I haven't been eating a lot of junk food, I haven't been keeping track of calories, either. Most of the credit goes to cancer and running back and forth to doctor appointments and tests as I prepare for chemo this coming Tuesday. So no praise to me, but prayers are welcome. 💖

Best wishes are coming your way Donna. I had chemo 5 yrs ago and I am on the way to recovery. Don't be too harsh on yourself. Best of luck with your weight loss journey, and to better healthy eating. 💝
