I am getting so close to this goal. It isn't my ultimate goal but it is a good way towards it. I will enjoy this one (when I actually get there!) and the set a new one closer to my ideal weight. nice drop. it's the old question how do u eat an elephant.... one bite at a time. incremental goals work best for me. I don't feel overwhelmed with the larger picture. great work.
