No change in the weight department today but still feeling good. I actually bought myself a tape measure last week and never got around to measuing myself - I will do that today.
Planning to be very strict on the low carb this week (trying to keep at 20 carbs per day for this week) because I leave for my trip next week and want to be ready. In addition, I joined a new challenge "Eat high fat to lose fat" which seems to work well with the LC Atkins approach so I will go for it (keeping in mind that I will go off plan slightly during the two weeks while I am in Switzerland).
