How do you manage to lose so much!?

Hey makenziem1125-I have been doing the Spudfit Challenge with Andrew Taylor. I did 30 days of only potatoes back in November and dropped about 11 lbs. Then I kept up with the potatoes but added back in fruit and veggies in December and January, however I was definitely drinking wine and eating some restaurant food. So in February I went back to mostly potatoes with some fruit in the morning and veggies at dinner. I managed to drop another 10 lbs so I'm sticking with it for March. We shall see.

Now I understand "Starchy Marchy". How many different forms of spuds have you tried? And which are your favorite?

Hey Cynthia Deal. I usually eat Japanese Sweet Potatoes for breakfast or when I want a sweet snack. I like the Russet's and the Yukons, too. We have an air fryer so I like to throw some sliced cooked spuds in there for 10 minutes to get a crispy wedge. I also enjoy mashing the Yukons and having the cooked veggies with them. So simple and so easy.
