I knew this weekend was going to be rough, but I actually didnt do too bad. I had some drinks but kept it to a minimum and made myself eat. Actually, Im pretty sure Im only up today because of the huge dinner I had last night. I didnt actually track anything yesterday so I dont know how "bad" the day was.

I still have a broken tape measure so I wasnt able to take measurements again this week (seriously, why am I waiting to "fix" it when they are so ridiculously cheap).

Went to the gym last night for cardio. We did Les Mills Attack and I thought I was going to die. Not my favorite, or my best, but I'm glad I went. I also took the two a-hole dogs for a walk before said cardio. I love my girls but they were NOT on their best behavior! Plus someone brought their rotty to the park without a leash. I don't believe in bully breeds, but that was super irresponsible no matter what breed of dog with that many strangers and strange dogs around. I'm sure I looked like a Karen, crossing the road with a yappy dog when I saw them coming but my big dog acts like an a-hole (on top of already acting like one) when the little dog get going so who knows what that situation could've evolved into. That big dog looked super friendly so I was afraid it would come right up to us.

Anyway, I'm starting a new 6 week macro challenge today, and I'm hoping that I can stay true to it since I'm not doing it with a group this time. I feel like I made good progress and Id like to keep moving forward. I know I can do it though so I shouldn't be worried!
