Well back to the grind. I never really reached my goal for the vacation, but I wasn't totally disappointed with myself. After watching these dancers on the cruise ship though, I have new motivation! Plus I feel like a garbage disposal after all the eating and drinking for the past 10 days - I am ready to clean out my system for sure. The workouts went out to sea as well, so I will start again with those tomorrow unless I get the unpacking, laundry and emails caught up quickly! Be prepared to see me here more often.
