Im finally under 170! I havent been this weight in years. Finally accepted I have no rreal.support and have to do things on my own. My hu sd band eats what he wants and barely gains a pound and I gained weight from meds and physical limitations. Im just going to keep going and say thank you for all the support here in this community.❤
