I have retained a lot of water from the weekend at the stock show in Ft Worth. Lots of standing and walking from 6 am - 9 pm every night, but eating was not consistant. Didn't get dinner some nights til 9. Should have just not eaten, but felt so hungry. Munched during the days. I hope to have the bloat off by Wednesday but hate having to report a gain to the challenge. That's ok, I still have 10 more weeks!!!
