Sorry to hear you ate going through treatment for breast cancer. I'm a breast cancer survivor myself, and I remember how much chemo and steroids blew me up like a balloon! Don't worry about gains, just focus on getting through the treatment 😊

Oh and if I have one piece of advice from my journey.. just be and feel normal. do normal things and stay focussed on having a positive mindset. I just treated it like something I had to do (treatment) and got on with things! Good luck my friend xx
