here I go again. 2.5 yrs ago I lost 23kg but now it is all back again.
this time I can't exercise as much either. Long story

Im in the same boat. Lost over 50kg about 7 years ago and put it nearly all back on when I got married 3 years ago. So here I go again! Good luck to you on your journey. I find making very small goals at a time helps and never give up! 💪
