SCALE is playing with me again. It needs to CUT IT OUT! lol I did take in more proteins and I did not miss any workouts this past week. I think I will just enjoy the moment. Next week I will likely get a rude awakening.

Thx. Found that secret is to have fun with it and don't take it too serious. Eat what you want. Just do it like normal folk. LOL 😆.
