Woke up with a stomach cramp. Didn't expect this since my due period is supposed to be 4 days from now. I got earlier this time, maybe because I ate a lot of carbs on my lutheal phase. I'm not complaining. I am grateful I got my period because I've missed one and it worse. So, I will enjoy my cramps, fulfil my sugar crave, and take a ride in a roller coaster of hormone fluctuations.

same, after im dieting i got my period earlier instead i thought thats kinda weird but yeah im greatful i still got my period

I got it earlier when I ate a lot of carbs and sugar. I reduced my carbs and sugar intake for a while, I got it 1 or 2 days later. Maybe just me. Yes, despite all the hassles, period is actually a bless. 😆
