THIS IS SO EXCITING AND EMOTIONAL FOR ME. HASHIMOTOS HYPOTHYROIDISM HAS BEEN CHALLENGING THESE PAST ALMOST 4 YEARS BUT WITH THE GRACE OF GOD I HAVE FINALLY HIT MY GOAL TO BE IN THE 230’S AND I AM 3 LBS AWAY FROM 20DOWN I STARTED AT 255 LAST OCTOBER. I AM NOT LOOSING AS FAST AS I DESIRED BUT IM LOOSING!!! IT HAS BEEN A ROLLER COASTER BUT IM HAPPY THAT I DIDN’T GIVE UP!!!! THANKS FOR ALL THE SUPPORT AND FOR READING THIS LONG POST 😅
