Update on yesterdays goals: I did walk, and it was literally around the block because it was colder than I thought. I dont think I got in all of my water though. Food wise, it wasnt a bad day until I got to the store and realized how hungry I was. Rookie mistake that ended in Wendys. I couldve made better choices there but I didnt.
Todays goals- Work on water again Choice of walking, 15 minute amrap, or video.
