So this marks the start of my weight losing & muscle building Journey.. I Start today with counting my calories trying to keep it below 2300 a day ( I know its alot but for me its a good start) and trying to hit the Gym atleast 3 days a week..
106 kg Perso fino ad ora: 0 kg.    Rimanenti: 16 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.
