It's been a while since I've dieted and this time my weight is worse than ever. I've been noticing how fat I feel lately, feeling the difficulties in everyday life. So as a promise to myself and a New Year's Resolution I decided I'm going back on my diet and this time I'll appreciate what I accomplish. For instance, last time I was really dedicated I lost about 70 lbs. Unfortunately, although I was happy that I'd lost that 70 lbs, I didn't appreciate it and all I could see was how much farther I still had to go (another 80-100 lbs). Now I'm to the point that I know I'm big, I feel it. And when I got on the scale this morning to do my first weigh in for the year all it said was "Err"...... :/
I'm even too fat for my scale. I looked it up and it maxes out at 350....I have never been this big....EVER....
It's starting today and this time I'm going to appreciate my accomplishments. I can't believe I let myself get this far away from healthy but at least now I know and I vow to never let it happen again.
