It’s that time of the month and I am struggling so hard to stop my cravings. I want a big batch of hot wings and cheese sticks so bad 😢 I’ve done so good this far but this time of the month is torture without comfort foods ! Wish me luck.

girl I hear you! I did manage to work 2 mozzarella sticks into my dinner last night and they were worth the calories. don't deprive yourself diets shouldn't be about restriction it should be about moderation. good luck!
