I’m usually awake by 5am and just kind of doze until my alarm goes off at 6:30. It’s incredibly frustrating. I’ve only been working out 3 days and woke up at 6:28 today. Also, I’M IN THE 180S!!!!!! I’m lovin me the workout life.
