Diario di Danyellehawkins, 13 gen 14

THis past weekend we did a 2.5 hour hike up a million stairs and hills at Elephant Mountain in Taipei. I attempted this hike about 2 months ago. My attempt was pathetic. This time I rocked it. When I hit the end of last times hike I couldn't believe how fast we got there. So, we kept on going. Felt so go to see improvement and know that I have been making the right steps towards better health :)
