which hiit exercises do u do?? i love OMAD works well for me too, seems like an easier way to lose weight than alot of other ways hey!? 😊

@angie-leigh I follow Chloe Ting’s Free Workout programs . Yes .. intermittent fasting helps 🤗 disclaimer : it’s not for everyone. and you have to go slow to reach OMAD

@angie-leigh I am doing the Summer shred challange. I can see the difference. I am down 1 clothes size now 🤗 I don’t go to the gym. And I only do low impact version of her workout when for the abs and arms workout. Too hard for me 😂
