So I am back home after a couple of nights away. I thought I did very well and resisted temptation to just "put the diet on hold" for the two days and nights.
Breakfast and lunch were easy, the "social" evening dinners less so, but I logged absolutely everything and I haven't put anything on!

Now back to normality - weighing me and weighing my food!
