I hit a brick wall this week. Didn't have motivation, energy or feel hungry. I didn't eat much in the last 3 days so I know I need to get working on that and also I didn't sleep well the last few nights. Something going on with my hormones I think. I did lose 1 lb. so I should be happy. We'll see what this week brings.
