Looks like the weekend fun food wasn't as bad as I thought! 139.8 -> 142.something -> 143.8 back to 142. What a roller coaster! 🤪

Fail: food choices were so good, I ate way less than my calorie count goal

Win: I ate really healthy today 😆

- snack: strawberry protein shake
- dinner: honey shrimp with power greens and romaine lettuce
