So a good week with some good choices. I didn’t put a weigh-in last week because of the super bowl where I ate a bunch of crap and must have been retaining water from all the salt I had because I weighed in last week up about 5 pounds and I know there was no way so luckily after a solid week I’m pretty sure this is more accurate.

On a completely different note I picked up skiing this season and am starting to get half decent. Let me tell you what a workout. I went for six hours yesterday and by the time I was done my legs were crazy sore. If you have the ability to though I highly recommend giving it a try because it is so much more fun to go skiing then it is to go to the gym and you burn so many calories in doing so.

Milestones:
4.0 lbs - 75% to goal and COLOR CHANGE!!!!!
15.1 lbs – 100 pounds lost
24.3 lbs – According to BMI I will be considered in the normal range
33.6 lbs - To THE GOAL LINE!
83,3 kg Perso fino ad ora: 38,5 kg.    Rimanenti: 15,2 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.

I wish I could go skiing. I bet you burn a ton of calories. You're soo close to 100lbs lost! Such an inspiration :)
