Ugh, I was afraid of this. Back I go to logging everything, I've gotten way too lazy the last month or so and being unemployed is a way I gained a big pile of weight in the first place.

Ugh.

Couldn't you just kick yourself in the rear?? I hate when that happens. But heck, you have a huge incentive, your Overnight walk to get ready for so put it behind you and the only reason to look back is to see those 33.3 lbs you have left behind!

Well, it isn't great, but at least you caught it. A lot of people end up right back where they started or worse. At least you faced up to it before undoing all the progress you have made. It's a learning experience too. Sometimes you might need to remind yourself that you WILL gain the weight back if you go back to eating the way you were. I know you'll be back where you were in no time especially training for that walk!

Like you, I have to keep my diet calendar. It's just too easy to slip back into bad habits. I'm so glad you've caught it at this stage. I know you will be successful. I'm sending big hugs your way.

Thanks, ladies. It's just annoying, I had no problem maintaining when I was working, but being unemployed pretty much leads everything to fall apart for me.
