Made it through the day yesterday well,within my RDI .... 2 of those 4.4 lbs failed to show up on the scale this morning. Not feeling very good though. Fought a headaches most of the night, woke up with it still this morning, my throat is scratchy, a little stuffed up ... Seriously I don't have time to be sick.
DH said the roads are very slick. He got home around 3 this morning and said he slid sideways more than once on his way home. Apparently we got just a skiff of snow on top of the ice floor we already had. Could mean some interesting driving today.
Well that's all I have for now. Hoping to feel better after some ice cold water and hot coffee.
