I've been following 2450 cal/day meal plans, alternating chicken and beef.

Walking about 14 miles a week.

Free day once a week that is roughly 4000 cal / day.

Plan to check back in two weeks from now. If loss is still plateauing, I can:
1. eliminate or curtail the free days to (a) once every two weeks or (b) a free meal not day every week;
2. go to iifym for 250 lbs or 240 lbs, as case may be, which should be lower than 2450 calories per day.
117,5 kg Perso fino ad ora: 32,7 kg.    Rimanenti: 16,8 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.
Calando 0,6 kg a Settimana
