So working out and eating well still makes me gain weight!!! UGH I don't know what the heck is going on.
114,8 kg Perso fino ad ora: 3,2 kg.    Rimanenti: 24,5 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.
Aumentando 0,7 kg a Settimana

Starting a new or changing an existing exercise plan can temporarily make you gain weight because the muscles retain water (from muscle soreness). It does go away. Drink you water. The exercise also helps fat go away, lol. You need to push through and it will turn around.
