I should probably start measuring body size to help me look past this plateau I seem to have hit.. What sections do I measure and how often?

Fail: only counted 40oz of water today...

Win: water consumption was actually higher than what I normally drink 😅

Exercise: full body workout (44min strength training with weights one session, then 41min strength training with cans a later session)

Food (918 cal):
- lunch: marinated chicken breast, mixed greens salad
- snack: protein shake
- dinner: hotpot (thinly sliced chicken leg, lobster balls, and a variety of veggies)
