No change today. Tonight Im going to dinner with some friends so I expect to possibly be up a little tomorrow and then Im going to cut out the "extras" for a few days and see if that helps. Ill also be laser focused on tracking - I thought I was doing ok but I wasnt weighing everything, and I wasnt recording every bite. I dont want to be obsessive with my food, but I also have a goal that I want to hit so maybe right now I need to pay more attention.
