The vagaries of dieting and weight fluctuations - I just don't get them. After being plateaued for over a week, despite staying strict, I plunge down the day after I take in more than I have in a while.
Go figure. Maybe I'm running too much of a calorie deficit day to day, and my body wants closer to 2000 calories. That's gotta be close to maintenance levels, though. Or so I thought. Maybe it's time to get one of those motion meters and get a better idea exactly how many I'm burning each day...
