Thanks to my walking I finally made it to my goal. I'm not trying to loose more so I'm thinking I might need to up my calories. That is something my mind will have a hard time handling because to me adding calories will me I'll gain weight. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

congratulations since I have not made it to go I best not give any advice but vegetables and fruits and good whole foods can't hurt
