Haha!! Ive been eating too much of everything! I've been dieting hardcore for 1.5 years and I think my metabolism is stuffed. Even if I eat at 1500 cals I for a week my body thinks I'm over feeding it and I put on 2 kg! Ive been trying to maintain but am just putting on. Will keep trying but seems the only way I can lose weight is to eat less than 1000 cals a day and extremely low carb. So hard but I will not give up!

You need to slowly up your calories so you can bring your maintainance calories up without putting on weight. Look up reverse dieting and cut cycling on youtube. I eat more calories to lose weight when I hit a plateu
