I have got to get my mind back on track. Did not do bad this past week but it could have been better. Still making excuses and reasons for straying a LITTLE BIT off the portions. Perhaps this week. It's not the end of the world, but if it is going to be a lifestyle it needs to be automatic thinking ( Or at least I should not be able to talk my conscious out of it.) LOL
