Yuck....had to log in 180 today. I never wanted to log that number "18...". I have just been stuck.

I am sure a lot has to do with the crazy, unexpected day yesterday. We left early to visit my husband's grandmother in the hospital, who we lost late last night. So eating was off and ate late headed home. Didn't get water in, etc. Plus just came off of TOM so the combination of it all led to a slight increase weight this week.

Clothes still fitting lose so I am going to focus there instead of scales.



81,6 kg Perso fino ad ora: 6,7 kg.    Rimanenti: 24,9 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.
Aumentando 0,2 kg a Settimana

Yeah, I know the feeling. I hadnt weighed myself for a while and felt that I had lost some, only to step on this morning and see it level out at 180, probably not quite level out, it might have been closer to 181. No bueno. I am ready to plunge into the 70's and beyond! You are on the right track, looks like you've had great success so far. Like you said, if you clothes are fitting better focus on that. The numbers arent everything.

Yes. Maybe focus on your clothes and don't weigh yourself for awhile? It's so discouraging when we keep seeing a number we don't want to see. Decide you won't weigh yourself till, say, next Friday and stick to your plan as best you can between now and then. You'll feel much better--and feeling better will help you stay on track more than beating yourself up about it. You've done it before and you can do it again.

Sorry for your family's loss. Those times can be stressful, so don't stress yourself even more. Do what you can and keep trying. As long as you don't give up you will get this!
