wow!
i honestly was not expecting a loss this week... not a gain.. but definitely not a loss. my friend's wedding was so stressful that i was "backed up" for the first half of the week (gross i know) and the second half, i had THREE days in a row where i went over my points. i was beyond thrilled when i stepped on the scale this morning... and actually weighed myself twice just to be sure that it wasn't a fluke. having this week be a loss week as well really encourages me to stick with it, and make this coming week a BIG loss one. ;)
