My body is fighting it hard but I will win. Another plateau on top of the last one. Last plateau it was a 6 lb drop. Now, running 235/236 and body won't budge. I don't accept it. I will win. I'll win soon. I am in dist combat mode. Shrimp shrimp shrimp shrimp shrimp *yuck* (pure protein) and semi-fasting. I made fresh squash and green beans last night and ate not one bite. I will not be bullies by a plateau. If I could, I'd punch it right in the nose. I will not accept defeat on any terms. I am more stubborn than "it". Bring it, plateau, I'm gonna kick your big fat butt.
