Update from this morning’s weight: usually I weigh myself every Monday when I first wake up, no clothes 🥴 well this morning I was so tired I forgot I was still dressed, went back to sleep, woke up & reweighed myself. I’m still down regardless but I’m much happier with this weight, especially with the holiday weekend and me loving food as I do! Very proud of myself this week!
