Just started using this app. So far I have lost around 11kgs in 2.5 months through 6 weeks of keto followed by 2.5 weeks of no heavy carbs, zero processed sugar and the reintroduction of fruit into my diet. I am using intermittent fasting (9pm-1pm no food) to assist further weight loss.
